NOTE: Our Peak season is June through August 20. The entire lodge is only available for rent during those months. Single lodges are available for rent at any other time. The lodge is closed January through February.
When you rent a single home, you are the sole renter of the lodge. We do not rent the other homes out to other groups, but you are only allowed access to your home and the amenities provided, racquetball court, children’s playroom, etc. However, if you wish to use the ballroom for meals and events, that is an extra cost.

Your total price is figured by adding the rental rate with the cleaning fee plus the state sales tax rate of 11.3%
Sleep Details This figure represents two people per queen or king bed, however, there is room for more. You may bring blow-up mattresses and/or sleeping bags for the floor. We also have space for tents, campers or motor homes (however, we only have electrical hookups).
Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy of the Rental Property is as follows: The maximum number of individuals allowed on the Rental Property at any given time is 110. With special permission and $5 per head per person per night, we may accommodate more guests.
Cancellation Policy
If the Primary Tenant(s) cancels a reservation any time prior to nine (9) months before the
scheduled arrival date, the Primary Tenant(s) will be charged a cancelation fee of 10% of the Total
Rental Fee and applicable taxes. If the Primary Tenant(s) cancels a reservation any time prior to 6
months (180) days before the scheduled arrival date, the Primary Tenant(s) will be charged a
cancelation fee of 25% of the Total Rental Fee and applicable taxes. The Primary Tenant(s) agree(s)
that the Agent may use any credit card information provided by any of the Primary Tenant(s) to
collect any portion of the Total Rental Fee and any cancellation/non-payment fee permitted based
on the Agreement.
Rules and Guidelines
- Pets are prohibited in or on the rental property. Service/emotional support animals are allowed but must be approved by the Agent.
- A cleaning fee is added to each reservation.
- A security deposit of $500 will be added when the whole lodge is rented or $250 for one individual home. If all is in order, the deposit will be returned within 7 to 14 days. You may bring a signed check to be held as security deposit.
- SMOKING and ALCOHOL use is forbidden on or outside of the property.
- FIRES ARE PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE RENTAL PROPERTY BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Propane fire pits are allowed.
- No additional day guests are allowed without express written permission and fees paid.
- RVs may be parked or used on The Rental Property with advanced consent. The facility does not offer any hookups except 110 electrical.
- All off-road vehicles must be used in off-site areas, i.e., the mountains or trails available nearby and not used in the residential area. You can drive off the property on your ATV vehicles to reach those areas.
- Check in time is noon or anytime after. Check-out time is 12 noon. Tenants please follow the departure/clean-up instructions posted at the Rental Property.
- Hideaway Valley Lodge requires at least one Primary Tenant and one party signing the contract to reside at the Rental Property for the entire rental period.
